I was very pleased with my experience when buying my new Element. John McCready was extremely thorough in explaining the features and how everything worked on my new vehicle. The whole finanical aspect was confusing to me, though. I just recently received a refund check from the MVD which surprised me, because I believed I was transfering my registration from the CRV to the Element meaining my plates which I still have. I have left a message with the MVD and am waiting for a response, but I'm hoping that you could explain it to me because I went from an 3 year old veh to a brand new one. The sales person we delt with was very polite and professional . He was not too pushy. He allowed us the opportunity to look at both the EX and L models. He was really good at selling the features on that Honda. I was unhappy that I had to come back in and sign the contract for the second time after having spent more than three hours on the date of purchase. That should not have happened. I felt like I was made to believe I was getting the deal and payment I needed ($450 per month) on the day of purchase just to receive a call three days later stating that the loan did not go through and my payment would be $457 a month.

Last July I bought a 2008 Civic from Laurence Baustista. I had previously been given the run around from WRONG HONDA on Frank Lloyd Wright in North Scottsdale and I was very put out, so Laurence was able to help me with my need. Well, my wife and I are about to have our first child and we wanted to upgrade with a bigger vehicle to accommodate our new need. We went to Bell Rd Honda to JUST look and we were instantly attacked like a dog in heat. I mean honest, you could almost smell how hungry they were to sell a car. So, we were basically lied to the ENTIRE time we were there and were made to feel like we were MINYONS because our credit is less than perfect BUT THEY WERE GOING TO GET US INTO A CAR NO MATTER WHAT!!! (Their words) Let me back track a second. We did not call you guys first (man am I sorry too) because since our last purchase with Laurence, we had moved about 25 minutes west and north and it had already been a 3 hour tour basically to get over to you, but anyway, back to our little tale...so we did a deal with Bell Rd and I called over to Laurence out of sheer curiosity. He now is in the Service Dept. and he referred me to John Mefford. After relaying all of this CRAP I just went thru with my wife almost 8 months pregnant, he advised me to come down, show him my trade, and see if we couldn't get what we wanted since the EX Element wasn't going to be here for another 3 days. I drove down there and in less than 2 hours, we had the car picked out, the terms set, AND it beat Bell Rd. by over $30/month. John NEVER once bad mouthed them over at Bell Rd, in fact he told me that if I would rather have the Element, he would understand, just as long as we are happy and as long as we are in a Honda. Long story LONGER...you will have the business of Joel and Amber Randolph for LIFE!! Thank you for replacing worry and fear and intimidation with happiness and relief and contentment. BTW...Barry and another guy in a white dress shirt came out at two different times to talk to me and just calm me down when Bell Rd. threatened me by saying they wouldn't let us out of the contract and basically bullied us around. They saw me very upset and they just sat down and talked like you would with a personal friend and really calmed me down and almost acted like a big brother...I was kind of impressed. Are you guys perfect....cmon, you are car salesmen and women!! LOL...you guys aren't perfect, but you sure have the market cornered on how a car buying experience should be!! Thank you!!

This is the third time I've come for service, and every time, it is fast, thorough, and - in this case, for routine maintenance - at a very reasonable price. Even if an oil change is cheaper somwhere else (and I don't know that it is), here I get more service and drive away knowing that everything has been checked that needs to be checked. That confidence is worth driving farther to get to your place than I would to get simple maintenance done elsewhere. I will continue to do so.

I really want to commend you for your staff. I purchased my Accord in December of 2008 with Lawrence Bautista. Lawrence was a please to work with he had great customer service skills. Recently I took my car in and Jesus from service helped me out. Jesus is very professional and was very diligent in helping me out with the service problems my car had. Unfortunately, I am very dissapointed in the quality of the car I purchased. It had two oil leaks and I am very concerned that this is only the beginning of problems that I am going to have with my car.

I have always had an excellent experience in service because Darren is my Service Advisor. I have always truested him. He tells you what needs to be done with a cost for the work and allows you to decide without any pressure. As long as Darren is at SanTan Honda I will continue to have my Honda serviced there.

I recently had my 1999 Honda Civic EX serviced at the facility on Sunrise, in Gilbert. While the cost was higher than I expected to pay, the service from Penny and Sone was excellent. I really appreciate that Sone took extra time to clean my engine. Also, Penny and Sone reviewed the work that was perfomred to put my mind at ease. I plan to sell my car next year and will certainly purchase another Honda Civic. Thank you Sone and Peggy for such good customer service.

Auto Dealers have come along way since the 60s when I bought my first car. I bought my first Honda in 1990 because I was looking for a better automobile than U.S. brand cars. The experience with that first Honda dealer was such a contrast to the "big three", I never went back. Oh yes, did I mention I got that superior automobile? Santan Honda had been the peak of dealerships. My service assistant Wes, is a delight to work with, and I really enjoy your lounge with the coffee, doughnuts, and ESPN. I give you a AAA rating. We stopped in on Saturday just to "look" and ended up buying a Honda Insight. Alan was our salesman and he totally sold us on the car. He was very informative on all aspects of the car. On Monday I returned to the service dept. because there was a defect with the rear view mirror. At first the service dept. told me I shouldn't have arrived without an appointment. Andrew has consistently given us the best customer service experience since we have been coming here to San Tan Honda. He always accomodate our schedule and attentive in other ways, such as having cold bottled water handy while we wait. My service yesterday was superb! My day started with a dead battery and I had to postpone my appointment, which was done with no hassle. When I did arrive, I was greeted very pleasantly by a manager during check in, who obtained a service person to help me with my scheduled appointment. I now needed a new battery in addition to my scheduled need. I had an issue with the latch on the hatch door of my pilot. I was just outside of my warranty period and they honored the issue I was having under the warranty. I feel it was the right decision for an issue that really shouldn't have happened. I am so very pleased with this decision. Honda is known for dependability and I feel that my advisor and his manager upheld that quality. Thanks for treating me as a person and considering my issue on an individual basis, not a date on an expired warranty.

Regarding my last auto repair, the Customer Service was great but the Pax Tires are a pain. They are expensive, wear faster, hard to change out (it was a lengthy wait for a tire replacement) and I would not purchase them in the future.

At most dealerships during an oil change you are constantly being convinced there are all kinds of "extra" things that should be done to your car, and the employees at the service department are high pressure.
I love that the employees are knowledgeable, informative and courteous.
